Angel Message

Remember that you are in charge. You are the author of your experience. You are the painter of your canvas. When your ears ring, or you feel any other sensation on your body - buzzing, chills, heat / cold, or the like - take a moment to go within and sit with this energy. It is here to inform you. Play with it. Notice if you can turn the sensation up and down. Can you expand the sensation outside of your body? Can you place the sensation in your hands, truly look at it with your inner senses and gain wisdom from it? The more that you play with this energy by becoming curious about it, the more you will understand our communication. Then when you are in a busy moment where you cannot go within, you will understand completely the signals and messages we are sending you.
